How do I know this is legit?
ScoreLocal is run by Falls Road Advisory Group LLC in Buffalo, NY. Real address, on this page. Your report is built only from your public Google listing. Pull up your own listing and check the numbers against your report. If they don't match, ask the chat about it or email hello@getscorelocal.com.
What does "automated" actually mean?
No agency account manager, no monthly check-in call, no manual work from you. The system runs the fixes in the background. You see what ran and what changed in your Monday score email.
What do I have to set up?
Day 1: you connect your Google Business Profile through Google's own permission screen, a 2-minute process. You can revoke that access any time from your Google account. No card is needed for any of the 14 days. If you haven't added one by day 14, your account pauses instead of billing you. Add a card any time to pick up where you left off, or cancel any time before then and you're never charged.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel any time, no questions asked. The cancellation link is in every email. No contracts, no early termination fees.
Do I need a website?
No. If you don't have one, your report flags it and Site is available as an add-on. If you do, we tell you exactly what's wrong with it. That's Category 7 in every report.
Who is this not for?
If you already get 10+ reviews a month and answer every call, you probably don't need Repair. Look at your report first. If most categories are already green, keep your money.
