ScoreLocal helps local businesses improve their online presence. Depending on your plan, the service includes missed-call text-back, customer review requests, AI-generated review replies, Google Business Profile posts, a weekly Digital Health Score email, and optional website hosting. Some features require you to connect your Google account, which takes about two minutes and is covered during setup.
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start. Before your trial ends, we will ask you to add a payment method. If you add one, your paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends and renews monthly at the plan price shown at signup until you cancel. If you do not add a payment method, your account pauses at the end of the trial and nothing is charged.
Charges appear on your card statement as SCORELOCAL. Prices are in US dollars. We will notify you before any price change takes effect on your subscription.
Cancel any time, no contract, no cancellation fee. Manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal link in any of our emails, or by emailing reports@getscorelocal.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then. No partial-month refunds.
You confirm you own or are authorized to represent the business on your account. You agree to provide accurate business information, to use the service only for lawful purposes, and not to use it to send spam or misleading messages. Review replies and posts we generate are published on your behalf; you can request tone changes or removal of any item at any time.
By providing your phone number you agree to receive service and account texts from ScoreLocal. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
ScoreLocal improves the systems that drive reviews, responsiveness, and visibility. We do not and cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, review counts, star ratings, or revenue. Scores in your reports are our own analysis of publicly available data and are provided for guidance.
Free Digital Health Reports are built from your business's publicly available Google listing information. Requesting a report does not create a subscription or any obligation to buy.
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falls Road Advisory Group LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outages of third-party platforms the service depends on, including Google, Stripe, and telecom carriers.
