When you request a report or sign up, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and city. Report content is built from your business's publicly available Google listing information.
We use your information to generate and deliver your Digital Health Report, provide the ScoreLocal service, send account and service notifications, and send service updates you have opted into. We do not sell your personal information.
By providing your phone number through our signup, checkout, or website chat widget, you agree to receive service and account text messages from ScoreLocal. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all future report and marketing emails immediately.
We use service providers to operate ScoreLocal, including payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (SendGrid), and customer communication systems. These providers process data only to provide their services. Phone numbers and text messaging opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing reports@getscorelocal.com. Free report data for businesses that do not sign up is removed within 30 days.
